Sarah Khair is a highly skilled psychologist with over 20 years of experience. She is a licensed clinical psychologist and holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the United Arab Emirates University.
Throughout her career, Sarah has worked at several prestigious medical centers in the USA, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and the UAE, where she worked with patients from different backgrounds and cultures. This has contributed to her experience and to gain a better understanding of the social and behavioral standards of different regions.
Sarah has a special interest in working with children and adolescents in the field of inclusion and special education, developing and implementing intervention plans for Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and developmental delay. Moreover, she worked with patients from different backgrounds and cultures across several geographies. She can help adult patients with mood disorders, depression and anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, Neurodevelopmental disorders and personality disorders.
Sarah’s approach in therapy is an integrative therapeutic method with a focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DPT). She believes that the key to successfully achieving the clients’ goals and wellbeing is by having an effective therapeutic relationship built on empathy, acceptance, and compassion.
