Before joining Novomed, Joelle worked at several beauty centers in the UAE where she provided a wide range of services including:

- Q-switch ND Yag for bleaching, tattoo removal, carbon laser, rejuvenation, melasma, freckles.
- Skin Peel (chemical peel for sun-damaged skin, large pores, fine wrinkles, acne scars & pigmentation).
- Skin Treatment & all kinds of facials, microdermabrasion, mesotherapy by derma pen & roller, HydraFacial, gold stamp (with vitamins skin cells and Botox).
- Slimming treatment by contouring and tightening the body with cooltech (fat freezing system, vela shape III, venus legacy and Arrosha (lymphatic drainage) – Hand Rejuvenation by derma pen and carbon laser.
